How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click "Settings" in the left-hand sidebar, then select "Access", then select "Cancel Membership"

Step 2: Fill out the questionnaire, then click "Cancel Membership" again to confirm the submission.

Step 3: Once this is complete, you will see a red banner across your profile that confirms the cancellation.

**Please note that this process must be done on the desktop site, and is not available on the app at this time.
